THE DEAD SEA RESEARCH
CENTER (D.S.R.C.)
The DSRC is a nonprofit organization established
in 1993, by the Ministries of Health, Science and Tourism,
the Jewish Agency, the Regional Councils of Tamar and Megilot,
and the Dead Sea Hotel Association.
This organization functions under the auspices of the Ben
Gurion University of the Negev, and has been recognized
as an official Regional Research and Development Center
by the Israeli Ministry of Science. DSRC supported research
is performed by prominent Israeli, American and European
scientists and is based on collaboration with Patients Associations
such as the Psoriasis Association in several countries.
THE OBJECTIVES
OF THE DSRC INCLUDE:

To initiate, promote and support scientific studies
of the natural resources of the Dead Sea environment,
regarding their therapeutic potential in the field of
the "Dead Sea Health Therapy" and the Regional development.

To publish and disseminate the information gained by
these studies.

To promote the overall development of the Dead Sea
Region and to support its status as an international,
well recognized natural health spa center.
